How long does delivery take?
The current Policies page states 2–5 business days within Latvia and 5–10 days for international orders. The available delivery method and cost are shown during checkout.
Can I return an order?
The Policies page states that goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt. To request a return, send a written notice to the seller's email address and include your order number. Goods must be in their original packaging and show no signs of use. The buyer pays return costs unless damaged or incorrect goods were received. Refunds are issued within 30 days to the bank account specified by the buyer.
