Delivery Terms

Available delivery options and costs vary by destination country. Current options include:

Latvia: Postal parcel locker – €3.00; Omniva parcel locker – €3.50.
Lithuania and Estonia: Postal parcel locker – €6.50; Omniva parcel locker – €6.99.
Finland: Omniva parcel locker – €8.99.
Selected European countries: delivery – €11.99.

Available methods and delivery costs are shown at checkout.

Delivery time: 2–5 business days within Latvia, 5–10 days for international deliveries.
The Buyer is responsible for providing correct contact information (address, phone number, email).

The Buyer may return the goods within 14 days of receipt.
To return goods, a written notice of withdrawal must be sent to the Seller's email address, indicating the order number.
The goods must be in their original packaging, with no signs of use.
Return costs are borne by the Buyer, unless damaged or incorrect goods have been received.
A refund will be issued within 30 days to the bank account specified by the Buyer.

The Seller processes the following personal data: first name, last name, phone number, email address and delivery address.
Personal data is used to process orders and deliver goods.
The Seller may use the email address for marketing purposes if the Buyer has given explicit consent.
The Buyer has the right to unsubscribe from newsletters at any time.
Data is retained for no longer than 5 years, in accordance with Latvian accounting legislation.
Please note that since 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to personal data protection has applied in Latvia.
Product prices include VAT (21%) and are valid when ordering goods from the online store.
