Himalayan salt has been valued since ancient Greek times for its natural healing and restorative properties. It contains up to 84 essential minerals, helping to:

Directions for Use

1. Fill the bathtub with warm water (recommended temperature: 36–38 °C / 97–100 °F).

2. Add 2–3 tablespoons of Himalayan bath salt (adjust amount for a stronger experience).

3. Allow the salt to fully dissolve, releasing minerals and essential oils.

4. Relax in the bath for 15–25 minutes, breathing in the soothing lavender aroma.

5. After bathing, rinse the skin with clean water or allow the nourishing oils to absorb naturally.

Recommendation:
Best used in the evening to promote deep relaxation and restful sleep.
